e-work, Agenzia per il Lavoro, filiale di Reggio Emilia, SELEZIONA per azienda cliente operante nel settore delle assicurazioni, un/una BACK OFFICE ASSICURATIVO.

La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita presso gli uffici della Direzione Generale, all'interno dell'ufficio credito e cauzioni e si occuperà di:

assistere nella gestione delle richieste di cauzioni/fideiussioni, inclusa la raccolta e la revisione della documentazione necessaria;
elaborare e redigere documenti relativi alle cauzioni/fideiussioni, seguendo le procedure e le linee guida aziendali;
collaborare con il team per garantire la corretta archiviazione e organizzazione dei documenti e delle informazioni relative alle cauzioni;
fornire supporto nella comunicazione con clienti e fornitori per chiarire requisiti, condizioni e termini relativi alle cauzioni/fideiussioni;
assistere all'aggiornamento ed alla registrazione delle cauzioni/fideiussioni emesse nell'apposito gestionale aziendale e dei dettagli correlati;
aiutare nella gestione di altre attività amministrative all'interno dell'ufficio.

Requisiti:

diploma o laurea in materie economico/giuridiche;
conoscenza del Codice degli Appalti e del Contratto fideiussorio;
conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione aziendale e capacità di adattarsi a diversi stili di comunicazione;
abilità nell'organizzazione e gestione delle e-mail in modo efficiente e sistematico;
orientamento al cliente e capacità di rispondere con prontezza e precisione alle richieste.

Soft skills richieste: precisione, puntualità, capacità di lavorare in team, capacità di problem solving, capacità di ascolto, gestione del tempo e delle priorità.

Gradita conoscenza del mondo assicurativo, presso agenzie oppure broker, preferibilmente ramo credito e cauzioni.

Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno, finalizzato all'inserimento in azienda.

Orario di lavoro: full time (dalle 8.30 alle 13.00 e dalle 14.00 alle 17.30).
Luogo di lavoro: Bologna (BO)
